Shipping policy
Cancellation: orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
Handling Fee: shipping rates include a small handling fee used to properly package your order so that it arrives to you safely.
Shipping Carrier and Fees: We use USPS Priority Mail to ship the majority of our orders, unless some other form of shipping has been agreed upon by seller and buyer. Additionally, orders weighing less than 13oz will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. As we are a small business, we do pass on most, if not all, shipping costs to the customer. We are simply not able to offer Amazon/department store shipping prices to our customers. However, we do our best to calculate shipping rates appropriately. We are currently offering shipping rates based on the cost of your purchase.
Shipping Insurance: All orders are currently only insured up to $50. For a purchase of more than $50, additional insurance may be necessary. However, any additional insurance will need to be requested at the time of order and all costs of additional insurance will have to be paid by the customer. Please be aware that not purchasing additional insurance puts the customer at fault.
Shipping Time Frames: Unless otherwise specified, orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, with a shipping period of 3-5 business days.
Lost or Damaged Packages: any shipments lost or damaged in transit must be handled directly through USPS. Per USPS requirements, for a claim to be filed, the addressee must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging and any contents received. The addressee must make this proof available to the local Post Office for inspection, retention and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. Failure to do will result in denial of the claim. US Postal Service reserves the right to deny any claim. We will provide any information you need for USPS. We are not able to refund damaged purchases that are not a direct result of our own packaging. We take all necessary precautions to make sure your purchase arrives safely.
Shipping to Hotter Climates: Please be aware that soy wax is heat sensitive. It has a melting point around 119-125° degrees. Do not let product sit out in the heat or direct sunlight. Seller will not replace any heat damaged products due to buyer neglect.
Stolen Deliveries: we are not able to provide any replacements or refunds for stolen packages. We do offer signature delivery if you are concerned about this. Please contact us about adding signature requirements to your delivery. An additional fee may apply.
International Shipping: We are not currently offering international shipping.
Considerations: we ask that you please consider that we are a small business. Due to this, we are unable to offer the same shipping opportunities and allowances as much bigger businesses. However, we do appreciate all your support. We thank you for your understanding.
